Working with industry leaders Life Fitness, Active IQ and David Lloyd Leisure, Excelsior’s powerful learning experiences create the prime conditions to optimise individual and business growth through generating engagement, adherence and retention.
Supporting the UK Life Fitness Academy to align their LFA and ICG trainer teams, Excelsior are helping to create consistency and delivering education and development to cross-train and up-skill them, including coaching and mentoring on a team and individual basis.
Excelsior will also be assisting with Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) to ensure that all trainers are meeting requirements in terms of teaching and delivery.
Excelsior has been commissioned by Active IQ to create and digitise around 90 learning modules that will support a wide range of Apprenticeship schemes including topics on; action taking, conflict management, leadership, personalised customer experiences and wellbeing.
Once complete these modules will be embedded into Apprenticeship schemes such as Business Administrator, Early Years Educator and Teaching Assistant.
