Most of the internal academy creation phase can be achieved via virtual contact.
Much of the delivery phase can be virtual, although some aspects of teaching and coaching require in-person delivery, as immediate and personal feedback is required. This enables more continuity and flexibility for teams, removing any potential barriers, and is more time-efficient for all parties involved.
