The challenge
Performance Health Systems (PHS) hold annual distributor events. In the final quarter of 2019, the Europe & Middle East (EME) distribution teams were scheduled to gather in Lisbon, Portugal, the theme of the conference being to appropriately position PHS products in an evolving market space.
The solution
Excelsior were to create an engaging, interactive and thought-provoking workshop that would challenge the attendees thought process and existing methodologies. It was of paramount importance though, the learners also be provided with both insights and tactics, ensuring they left the meeting even better equipped to position the PHS brands in their individual market spaces.
The result
The feedback from the sessions was outstanding and the attendees took home a great deal. In particular, their learnings around how to link the science (product features) to the benefits of using the equipment (the physical results) to the internal feelings this creates in the exerciser was incredibly insightful.
Excelsior then had the learners describe how these feelings positively affect exerciser behaviour, conveying how this positively improves an owner/ operator’s return on investment. This is fundamentally key to the PHS story resonating with potential customers as ultimately this is what will make their businesses more successful.
From inception right through to completion, I’ve worked with both Keith and Chris on numerous projects over the years. I am extremely pleased to say they never fail to deliver. Whatever the challenge that faces them they are quick to determine the outcome(s), create a strategy and then execute through their unique delivery style. They do this in a clear, professional and welcoming manner.
Whether they are consulting, using their experience and industry insight or presenting/ teaching they seem to always have the ability to drive the conversation back to the desired outcome, which both captivates and engages their audience. Working with Excelsior on our recent EME event was no exception…
