The challenge
As health, wellness and fitness market spaces evolve, Performance Health Systems (PHS) seeks to expand their customer base, through development of their distribution network. This means that new teams need be educated, trained and developed on the brands, the product lines and how to position the product.
The solution
Excelsior were commissioned to research PHS, particularly the Power Plate product lines, with a view to creating sales training materials that prepare and develop distributor teams. Excelsior were to utilise their expertise, market insights and training capabilities to quickly and effectively get distribution teams up to speed.
The result
A bespoke two-day sales training workshop was created for the distribution network, which is engaging, enlightening and enjoyable for the learners. Those who attend are taken on a journey of exploration, where they examine the product features and benefits and then build these into a customer focused sales story.
I’ve known Chris since 2012 and enjoy working with him immensely. He is always considered in his approach and through his communication, makes it easy to do business with him.
