The Challenge
In 2019, Excelsior were asked by G Fitness to create bespoke content for a three-day roadshow. This included educating and training two key accounts on creating exerciser experiences, achieving success with Small Group Training and delivering a keynote presentation at the exclusive Sports VAR conference.
The Solution
With little experience of the Baltic market space and a requirement to support the differing audiences, Excelsior completed several consultative calls with G-Fitness and Life Fitness to gain insight. This enabled them to personalise both the context and content according to the varying desired outcomes.
Day 1 – Excelsior adapted and subsequently delivered a session for facility owners and managers exploring the key factors to consider when designing and implementing a unique experience. This was an interactive workshop, that not only stimulated ideas, it provided a framework toward success.
Day 2 – A session was written and taught around how small group training can be part of a facilities offering (dependent on a number of factors). The learning then went on to provide guidelines and recommendations on how to different the offering according to the facilities values and story.
Day 3 – Excelsior wrote and performed a 20-minute keynote on creating facility experiences. The outcome was to stimulate creative thought around how team members can be utilised to create outstanding customer experiences.
The Result
The roadshow was deemed a great success with feedback from all three audiences being extremely positive in nature. Specifically, with regards to the first two days. The two key accounts stated that they would be implementing significant changes in their business models. This was attributed to the guidance and insight provided by Excelsior.
Feedback from the attendees at the conference presentation was also positive and included comments in line with being enthused and inspired by the thought provoking content and delivery style.
It was a real pleasure to have Keith come and spend two days with our key accounts and deliver on our behalf at the Sports VAR conference. Keith rocked the customers thoughts, existing behaviours and the entire stage in front of hundreds of people! The feedback was exclusively positive, and we would love to have Keith come back and do the same again for us. His industry experience, insight into human behaviour and knowledge around business really supports our customers to grow and develop.
Thank you, Keith and the Excelsior team, for taking the time to learn about our customers, before supporting them by creating and delivering these great learning experiences.
